Our History
PASSION, RESPECT, IDENTITY
The Dubai International Falcons club is a true Football Club, which was created by passionate founders for passionate players and fans.
The club was established in the summer of 2016 by founders and presidents Alioune Diop and Loic Etienne. Two friends who decided to create their own football club after playing several years in the DAFL (Dubai Amateur Football League) for various teams.
The club made its official debut in October 2016 in 2nd Division of DAFL (win 7-1 against Team Clark) . The first Dubai International Falcons Head Coach was Frederic Roux, former professional Goalkeeper for Nancy, Lyon and Bordeaux in French Ligue 1.
Currently, our home ground for 11 a side games is at The Sevens Stadium in Dubai.
Our club philosophy is very much focused on player development, possession and create a team.
We now have 2 competitive teams since 2021.
In a near , we are looking to expand the club with an Academy for kids and young players and also a women’s football team. We are growing, feel free to join the adventure and follow us.
Our ambition is to offer a competitive environment to play football with good facilities, equipment, staff, qualified coaches, fitness coaches.
All of that in a fun environment where everyone feel comfortable enjoy his passion.
The principal aim is to encourage a culture in which players can develop physical fitness, teamwork and discipline, we aim to be an amateur football club with a professional mindset.
Dubai International Falcons mindset and quality of play has led to attract some Football Legends over the years such as former French internationals Nicolas Anelka and Mikael Silvestre.
